Nuffield Hospital, Oxford

Architects wanted to create an original and exciting look to Oxford’s new Nuffield Hospital, so they specified four very different coloured bricks in order to create an uninterrupted façade to the various parts of the building. All of them required matching mortars.

Only factory produced mortars could guarantee the consistency of colour mix required and so CPI supplied the mortars on-site in silos.

Dry mortar silo technology has transformed a traditional market and when it comes to colour it really is now a case of only being limited by your own imagination.
