Park Central, Birmingham

Europe’s largest urban development, Park Central, will contain more than 1,400 homes, together with some 26,500 square metres of commercial space.

Up to 14 silos were required in order to maintain a supply of factory-produced mortar of the quality and consistency needed for this major project.

The silo system not only guarantees mix proportions but also significantly reduces wastage. Silos are refilled by CPI’s nationwide tanker fleet as required, to ensure a continuous supply of quality mortar.
