Belvedere Creek, Faversham

Mortars that could guarantee colours matching surrounding buildings were required for one of the South-East’s most prestigious new housing developments.

Belvedere Creek, built by River Oaks Homes, is situated in the heart of Faversham and consists of a mixture of houses, apartments and penthouses. These have been designed to use natural resources blending in with a listed Victorian mill, at the focal point of the development.

In order to maintain their high standards and meet strict planning guidelines, the company specified dry mix mortar in white and plain colours. CPI delivered a silo containing factory-produced pre-mixed dry mortar to site, resulting in a mortar that was guaranteed to match.
